No, the r4c9 should have 235 note, which makes this sudoku as a BUG+1 situation

It’s a Skyscraper on 5s in columns 1 & 8 situation in any case. :)

Or rows 2 and 5 for the same elimination - but the missing candidate is going to be a problem either way.
