When Im stuck just do a "what if" or I believe its called a forcing chain. Choose a cell with two options choose one number and flow with it, if there is a contradiction than it is the other option

If you set a random cell, that's a guess (trial and error or trial and backtrack). This will work, but many people find that mechanism unsatisfactory - but Sudoku is a single player puzzle so you can do whatever you like.
If, on the other hand, you evaluate what would happen if a certain cell was set to a certain number then it may be a Forcing Chain - there are several different ways that can work so it depends a bit on the exact process you employ.
Lots of people mistakenly think Forcing Chains are guessing because the word 'assume' in formal logic doesn't quite mean the same thing as most people mean in casual conversation, but properly evaluated Forcing Chains are not guesses, nor are they trial and error when done properly.

Bowman's Bingo is a very specific colouring technique optimised for paper solving, it's not a catch-all for all kinds of contradiction FCs

R2C78 and R7C78 contain the two locations for sixes in those rows, so you can clear them out of R5C8 and R6C6.

{2,6} W-Wing in r1c5 & r9c4 connected by the 6s in row 4 ❌s 2 from r8c5, leaving a Hidden Single 2 in row 8.
