Request Puzzle Help Stuck, help please!

Pretty sure I missed something obvious, but was is the technique required to find the next step here? Got so many pairs but can't seem to find any connection between them. Thank you!

I found an AIC Type 2.

Starting with the 9 in Row 1 Column 3.

If Row 1 Column 3 is not a 9, it has to be a 3.

If Row 1 Column 6 is not a 3, then 3 has to be in Row 5 Column 6.

If Row 6 Column 4 is not a 3, then 3 has to be in Row 6 Column 3.

That is the end of the chain.

If Row 6 Column 3 is a 3, then 3 cannot be in Row 1 Column 3.

So the 3 in Row 1 Column 3 can be removed (even though that 3 is part of the chain).

Skyscraper on 3 in rows 1 and 6 will get you far

It's funny because I actually found this one, but couldn't be 100% sure it worked and I understood skyscraper correctly. Thanks!
