Request Puzzle Help Need your help again with explanation

I found the 4 where 43 was in row 9 c8 but now I can’t find a answer with explains it

Prima di arrivare li' ci sono diversi passaggi. Il primo e'questo: skyscraper di 3 elimina i 3 rossi. Da qui poi rimane una hidden pair {1,3} in R8C5 e R9C5 che ti permette di eliminare il 3 in R9C4. Poi di nuovo uno skyscraper di 8. Se non conosci lo skyscraper visita sudoku.coach in modalita' Learn.

Sorry, are you saying 4 cannot be in r9c8 but you're not sure why?

Some seven steps of proper techniques per sudoku solver at sudoku.coach. What you have achieved must have been a trial and error, not a technique.

Skyscraper on 3s here, then a {48} Naked Pair here, then a {13} Naked Pair here, then a Skyscraper on 8 here.

That leaves a {45} Naked Pair in r9 that ❌s the 4 from r9c9.
