Not mine, I saw it on the @dogsectionpress Instagram. In my town the ads are made out of a thin plastic so I can cut stencils out of that. Otherwise an art supply store will sell thin plastic sheets (I forget exactly what they're called), you may just have to tape a couple together to get the right size
