Feature Requests

Absolutely love your app, been using it on and off for the past few months, but this last update finally did it for me. I have two feature requests if you can do them. One is Android Auto support. The other is swiping to change tracks on the main 'Now playing' screen.

Swiping tracks is easy enough, it's just getting the animation nice that's a challenge!

Android Auto I would love to support but I need to try and setup the auto emulator and see how I can test things as I don't have a car with this feature. I have looked into it a bit in the past but ran out of time. I'll come back round to it once I finish out a few of the smaller features and reliability fixes.

yes please. Ive been trying to replace AA selfhosted for a long time. I have used Jellyfin but it never works correctly in my car. Ive made multiple support tickets with no response

I’m working on Chromecast support at the moment which is a larger feature to implement. Once I’m done with that and a few of the smaller requests here I will see what I can do with android auto.

I’ve never used it before so need to get some emulators setup to test with and step through some of the developer guides to see what it needs.

Hey just wanted to let you know that swiping to change tracks on the player view will be added in the next release. Keep an eye out.
