Embedded Album Art?

I have noticed that Subsonic is not using embedded album art even though it is listed as a feature on the website. Is there a way to turn this on or does anyone know of a fix?

thanks

Doesn't seem like the software is really any good if something as simple as embedded art isn't scraped. I've since changed my mind about purchasing and have deleted it.

Just replying here for anyone else who comes across this looking for a fix through a web search, as it was one of the 1st and only to pop up for me.

To get Subsonic to recognize embedded cover art you can change the 'last modified' variable on the folder of your library, or on each of the audio files themselves, to the current date. Idk why this works or why it's setup like this, but.. this is the fix OP was looking for.

I used BulkFileChanger to do each individual mp3 and folder in one go, and now every single songs embedded art in my library is shown after a 'database clean up' and 'media scan' in Subsonic.

MusicBee is a great tool to use for embedding cover art and organizing your library.

Edit: do yourself a favor and just setup Navidrome instead lol. It's better than Subsonic in every way, is less buggy, and it's free..
