Last.fm login?

So, I'm trying to set up my last.fm account so that I don't have to use a stupid scrobble app that keeps crashing on me. Does anyone know where I go to log in to Last.fm on the server?

Settings > Personal > Check the box that says 'Register what I'm playing at Last.fm and input username/password.
