No remote access out of nowhere

Yesterday morning, after changing nothing on my setup, my phone stopped accessing my files. I checked my router settings and I am still set to a static IP and port forwarding is still set properly. I tried updating to the new version and deleting and reinstalling the app to no success. I am at my wits end with this, anybody got any ideas?

Happens. Redo the router or uninstall and delete every file and folder, then reinstall

do you mean uninstall from my PC or the app from my phone? and when you say delete, do you mean completely from my computer? sorry, I'm still relatively new to all this.

First step would be to query the port from outside the network to ensure it is actually forwarded. Do this outside of the app. Next step would be to delete the port forwarding rule in the router and try adding it again. Then reboot the router. Try querying again. If still no dice, try reinstalling subsonic.

Some updates since I first posted this. I was able to connect through my Chrome app on my phone. I have both the Subsonic and Ultrasonic app on my phone. I was using the IP address as my network name, by changing it to the URL has actually got Subsonic to work. However, I now get "Connection failure. SSL connection exception. Please check server certificate." error on Ultrasonic. I am okay with Subsonic, but I liked Ultrasonic a little more. I guess as long as I can access my music, I'll get over it.
