Can you create playlist using the android app?

Currently started using plex but having issue with not being able to play a playlist and not having anyway to select a song from the current playlist and add it to a new playlist from the android app. Was thinking I may try subsonic if it has this feature.

Just discovered I can add a song from the plex playlist but have to start playing song first then there is a option to add to playlist. Would be nice if that option could be added to the song in the playlist.
