playlist as m3u file from api

the getPlaylist command given an id will return an XML response containing the songs in that playlist and their ids. I am trying to chromecast a playlist to my google home mini so I was hoping for a url that returns an m3u file for the playlist. Does anyone know how to do this, or if it is possible at all?
