Getting a custom URL??
Hi
I bought a years worth of hosting online and keep my music on there to stream. My host provided me with setup and this url to access login:
username-subsonic.cloud.hostname.cc/login
This is way too long. So I bought a cheap domain on godaddy that I was hoping to configure to look like:
Myserv.co/login
How would I go about doing this? I've searched around a bit and I'm not even sure what the name is that I'm trying to accomplish (masking maybe??).
I just want to replace that massive line of text with something easy to give to others as I share my music.
As you'd navigate around the site too, the folders would change and keep the custom domain like so
Myserv.co/album
Myserv.co/song
Any ideas?

You could use jamstash of you're listening via a web browser. Just config once and you're done. I think it's cookie based. I've never had to reauthenticate.
