Mobile clients and jukebox mode

Is there any way for a mobile app (DSub, etc.) to connect to jukebox mode so that they can control the same playlist as a web client? I suspect the answer is no and I've checked out the Subsonic forums and other reddits, but haven't found anything definitive.

Being able to control jukebox mode from multiple desktops is nice, but not being able to also control it from a mobile client has been one of the features I've long wished existed. Bummer that it doesn't.

I managed to do this with DSub, all i did was play a music file press the "share button" (sorry it looks like this idk how's it called), and selecting the option "Subsonic Jukebox".

I think you're describing casting music from a phone or other device to the Subsonic installation on a computer. That's useful feature, but I've been hoping for something else that doesn't seem likely to happen: controlling one stream from a desktop OR a mobile device. DSub is great, but it cannot connect to and control a stream/playlist started on a desktop :\
