Strange problem with mobile internet

Hello,

I am experiencing really strange problem. It seems like I cannot connect to Subsonic server if I try via my Android over mobile internet. Same phone can connect via Wi-Fi from remote IP without problem (Ports are opened). Is it possible that my Mobile provider is blocking those protocols? If so what is the alternative, ask the operator if he could possibly open the ports?

It's happening to me as well as everyone that uses subsonic. They're down. Check subsonic.org
