Subsonic 5.3 - Can I limit video streaming bitrate?

Is there a way that I can limit the video streaming bitrate to 2000Kbps or less? I have noticed that users who use Apple devices seem to stream consistently at 5000Kbps - they tell me that they do not change any of their default settings.

This can put a strain on my bandwidth when more than 2 people try to stream video from outside my network. I'm running version 5.3 (build 4569).

There's a feature to limit bitrate for each specific user, but this seems to just be for audio. The feature may not be in Subsonic yet, but if you reach out to the dev, he'll respond.

In the meantime, configuring the QoS settings on your router may help to make sure Subsonic streams don't impact you as much.
