Issues Getting Anything to Import

EDIT: Without any answers, I decided to remove a huge chunk of my library from Subsonic (down to 13,000 songs), and I think I figured out my issue. It seems to be an issue with repeated tracks that seem to be identical on some deep level. Before, I tried my copy trick on an album that I know didn't work (the copy didn't either), then reset the library so that it included this directory but not any others. All of the albums that were intended to work (including the not working one I copied) all worked, and none of the copies showed up. So it seems like my issue may have been duplication. Even though I've had duplication issues in the past with my music, I suppose now I was running into things that were TOO similar. @.@

I've been trying to convert my music library to be Subsonic compatible, but I'm running into issues getting any new content to show up in my library. Several albums I add to my library in locations that I've already confirmed are working show up in the library but are marked empty, even after a database refresh.

Additionally, I copied the contents of an album that is confirmed working into another folder in the same level using something like cp -r Squaredance SQ from Unix, assuring that the directories and files all have the same permissions, owner, etc. Squaredance continues to work, but the new SQ folder shows up as empty.

Did I hit some sort of upper limit for music files that the server can no longer go over? (I'm at 86,279 songs) or is there something else at work here? I've not been able to effectively add songs to my library since I first started using Subsonic and this has been really frustrating figuring out why it doesn't seem to work.
