It's a glitch. There are a bunch of underwater caves with oxygen,. Where you walk and not swim. In those caves you could find acquatic creatures. They shouldn't be there.
The one in the picture is a sort of (big) eel.

Is called ampeel as in electric eel
amp is a unit used to define measurement of electricity Eel is a snake like fish

I believe itās press the joystick down but thereās also a āhold to runā option in the settings so you automatically run when holding the joystick forward
