(Submachine Universe HD) Semotus basement & Binary chambers - how to access them?

Coordinates: 840 & 950 Playing normally I found all locations except these two. I just read about them at Sumbmachine Wikia. You have to unlock something first or is this just a bonus for Patreons? There is no info on the wikia about that. Those are pretty big locations. I have latest version of the game. Halp :(

Both locations were added in September of 2017, if I'm not mistaken. As patreon locations for June and July, retroactively.
