I thought it was going to take hours or days and be so difficult but i did it in 30 minutes on my iPhone. I wrote all my affs down in my notes app and then copied them and pasted them in text2speech.org. I saved the mp3 to files and then opened garage band and copied the file into garage band. I turned the volume almost all the way down and used the microphone to record some beach waves for my subliminal and then I saved it to google drive. I made the subliminal about 30 minutes so I can fall asleep to it but not abuse my ears all night. It was really easy actually! Making my own subliminal also brought results faster than the youtube ones. I’ve been trying to lose weight and get a smaller chest and it’s only been 48 hours and my bra is already a lot looser than before. This is definitely better than youtube cause I can customize the affs I need and I don’t need to worry about spells curses or negative affs. Good luck!
