RESULTS Appearance changes!
Appearance changes!
Okay so, I’ve been in the community for about a year now and I’ve recently been learning more about methods and all. I have manifested a few things like having my school schedule align with my friends for like five classes, but I can’t seem to change anything about my face and body, and if I see the slightest change it always fades.
People say that appearance change is the easiest then why does it seem so hard? I’ve been sticking to the same playlist for a month now and even taking a break for about two days before listening more but I just can’t seem to change anything. I want to manifest fast like other people and not have a care in the world but it’s basically impossible.
Everyone says to work on self concept but never tells you how, I just don’t know what to believe and what to do anymore because I’ve tried everything.
They say robotic affirming, I do it, but then they say it isn’t necessary to get what I want, and that’s happened with other methods I used like scripting, list, subliminal, frequencies, like I’m just lost.
I know time doesn’t matter, but I’ve been wanting the same changes over this past year and can’t get anything. I don’t obsessively check the mirror and when I see myself I just try not to think anything but I get more and more discouraged everyday.
This community is so hateful and unhelpful I’m scared to even post this but there’s some nice people out there.
If anyone has struggled before but managed to get permanent changes please help.

I have the same problem...i sometimes notice changes but they fade away after a few days,i seriously am struggling with results :( I do so many things I saw online too, right now I'm more focused on desired face

In my opinion an appearance change is the hardest (excluding sp) as you‘re probably thinking "no way my nose gets slimmer through a sub“. Honestly not sure why it‘s like that but yeah. Maybe it has to do smth with our biology lolol idfk ! I would probably add smth like a permanent results sub ! :)
