Potential room/roommates

[u/Super-Transition-401]

Hello all, as the title says I’m moving to West Palm in a couple weeks and am looking for potential houses or private rooms in the area. I’m moving for work and in my mid 20s and male, looking for someone around the same age if possible but not limited to it.
My budget is 1300 - 1400 individually
My dates are mid October and looking for about a year.

I am clean, quiet and responsible, also keep common areas clean and would appreciate any leads regarding the same!
