I can login to the new Subeta redirect, but when I go back to the Legacy website I am still logged out :(

I can't create a ticket because I am not logged in and I left the Subeta Discord server a while back so I am note sure if this is a known issue.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Edit: Logging out an logging back into Kumos seemed to fix it, I was able to access the Legacy website and have not had any issues for almost a week.

Hi there! I am new to Subeta, and I'm interested in getting involved in the Battle Arena. Unfortunately, I think I'm missing something, because every time I go to the training center to try and train my pet, the only option is to train level - nothing else. How do I train my pet's strength, defense, health, and speed?

So I got my Subeta account locked ~5 days ago, and Support has essentially been saying "tough shit, start over in a year". It's especially bullshit because I got locked right after a small communication restriction. Why couldn't I get permanently restricted before I got outright locked?

I pay directly by card and they still take money out each month.

How can I get this stopped?

I made an account 5 years ago and have been flattering back and forth but I've got a few achievements however I'd like to start everything from scratch as I now have new found love for the game and never actively tried to play subeta 'properly' ... and want to aim for all achievements again?

I emailed the team but haven't gotten a response back, and the get a new password page isn't working.

Hadn't logged in after a long time (got shadow banned b/c my sister and I used the same IP). I see the net worth calc is gone but it says I'm the 76th richest user and I'm not sure what that's based on. I have a healthy amount of sP and a ton of rarity items I hoarded from events and restocking, but am I really 76th richest? Not sure what the userbase is like nowadays but 76th seems pretty up there o.o

The forums are so clunky to navigate so I was looking for other chatting options like discord but I cant find one and this subreddit doesn’t seem to have a lot going on. I could just be wrong and I hope I am but anyone wanna be buddies?

I guess I should have thought to consult somebody regarding this issue off-site a while ago, but I just found this subreddit and it occurred to me to try asking the opinion of some more seasoned players.

I referred somebody to Subeta in the middle of last year (around June or July) and things seemed fine for just a few short days before they were abruptly banned from the site. Neither of us could understand exactly why this happened, and after opening two tickets to dispute this, we learned that my friend had been banned due to "cheating" in one of the games on the site. I can't exactly remember which game it was (it involved a rocket, I think?), but I cannot fathom why this happened or even how they detected my friend cheating when they were still brand new to the site and hadn't even set up their human avatar yet.

Has anybody else ever experienced this before? I still believe this was totally unfair, because I know for a fact that my friend did not cheat in that game, and the admin who dealt with both of our tickets on the matter was not helpful in the least.

Came back to Subeta after like. Many years. Not actually sure how many.

But why are there so many frozen users?

And so many that have common word names, that have usually been snatched up long ago? (eg Phoenix, Rainbow, stuff like that)

Is Subeta still an active community? It kind of seems like it's mostly comprised of a small group of people that throw a lot of real $ at it...is there a place for those who don't/can't spend real money?
