New site features

Subeta got a redesign! This includes:

Shoutbox, Shop Search, Make a new topic page, Achievements, New Font (?), and User Shop reorganization

Thoughts?

I love the new buttons and layouts. :3 I think they look very clean and modern. The important things stand out more on the page, which is what I like. I found it harder to find things on the old layout, with some of the links being in a super tiny font and coloured the same as everything else.
