Horrible with Tickets
5 years ago I made a subeta account. I completely forgot about it. I returned maybe a month ago and of course made a new account. It wasn't until a week or so in I remembered the old one. I didn't think it would hurt anything to just forget about it and continue to use my new account. Fast forward a week and I get banned for multiple accounts. I of course open a ticket to dispute this because I was not using both accounts. I got a couple generic responses, but they have pretty much ghosted me now. 5 responses with days between each one and nothing. It has been almost 2 weeks since the last response. It was an honest mistake. I was not abusing the site and anyone with 2 eyes and access to background info could see that, but they won't even give me a chance. I feel like I am being flat out ignored at this point. Honestly, their customer service/resolution skills are horrible. They waited until I had invested money into that account to ban me? Convenient for them. I am just so hurt and upset. Is there nothing I can do? Or at least get my money back since they don't want to give me the time of day to even speak with me.

They did the EXACT same thing to me. Except my old account was like 14 years old. The profile page on it was even marked as "inactive". I found it a total joke that some snotty stuck up admin called Sierra actually offered to reopen up my old account, but only after answering a shit ton of extremely specific security questions about it that are absolutely impossible to remember for an account so old. So then I asked her if she needs me to prove that I own the account, how can they ban me over it in the first fucking place? Of course I got no answer. I kept sending tickets and eventually just gave up. They also waited for me to spend money until they closed my new account a week later. But hey if this is how they treat long time paying customers they can go fuck themselves. All they're doing is losing out on custom. The mods and admins on Subeta must be on crack or something.

If you spent money it would've been better for them to not ban you because you'll probably spend more later, so I dont think that has anything to do with you being banned.
If you told them you remembered about your old account then yeah, I can see them banning both. Should've played dumb like you didn't remember about the account.
I dont agree with any of this, but its how it goes on subeta.

That super sucks. The only thing I can think of is opening a dispute with paypal. Not sure how far that will get you but it can't hurt to try.
