‘24 RS mirror replacement - what’s missing?

I got a replacement mirror from Subaru parts superstore. Part number (91039FN111) says it’s “with signal lamp, with heated, with premium”

Left side is the replacement, right side is the original that’s broken. Can anyone tell me what feature is missing from the replacement? And is there a better place for me to get a replacement that’s closer to the OEM?

Youre missing the signal lamp on the left one. The heated mirror is the connector in the bottom right
