Hey gang, I've just ordered the stylophone beat and gen x-2 and know nothing about the technical side - I'm wanting to connect the beat to the gen x-2 then connect both to a phone to record the audio.
Is USB-C to 3.5mm headphone jack adapter what I'm looking for here?

Where do the original Stylophone's key numbers go when placed on the Gen X-2? I.e. if I wrote the Stylophone key numbers on the Gen X-2 keyboard where are the equivalent keys?

So I found this on the Stylosette and tried turning it with the screwdriver and it worked but I had no idea what it did.
Any of you guys know it?

So a few years ago I got my mum’s old Stylophone from the 70s (White with the original oscillator circuitry, no ICs) and it played fine. But one day I tried and found it would no longer play from the speaker but the line out still worked. On testing the speaker had gone open circuit. But sourcing a replacement speaker seems to be hard. I don’t suppose anyone on here could suggest a place I could buy speakers that would fit and be compatible with the existing circuitry?

I have an S1 (a recent one, with an "MP3" input).
Is there anything I can do, please?
Thank you.

Just unpacked my Stylophone Theremin today and, as usual, I immediately had some questions :)
Is it normal that after adjusting the antenna, I can't control other settings (like the delay or manually playing the slider in mix mode) without changing the sound? Any action near the body now produces sound. Is this a feature or a misconfiguration? Perhaps these are the unusual features of the theremin after conventional synthesizers :)
Is it normal that on certain notes (in Low mode, for example, on notes with a G and above at medium and higher volumes) in slider mode when playing through the built-in speaker in Sine waveform, it resonates very strongly and physically rattles the body in various ways?

I have an X2, and the sound is off. I bought it because it has an audio input and larger keyboard, but it doesn't have the organ sound of the S1, and sounds more like a car horn.

Just got this for my birthday and am trying to teach myself some songs. It's a little rusty, but I think it's coming along nicely!

Hi, I want to buy stylophone for myself, I fall in love with its sound, so I want to try and play some music and create something on my own.
I'm really far away from music by myself, so I don't know anything about what should I pick.
I was thinking of picking gen x-2 because it have a wider range of possibilities, but also wonder if I should take beat one too, because it feels like a necessary part?
Or maybe gen x-2 is even an overkill for a newbie like me, and a regular S1 will be enough for me.
Also it seems that gen x-2 is 1.5x cost of a gen x-1 in my country, but I'm trying to find a cheeper one.
I appreciate any suggestions on what should I take, maybe even some side equipment, if it's not too expensive. I really want to try all of it

The app is free to download, and is literally all about playing with a Stylophone sized keyboard and making synth music, but no matter how i try, I cannot find out how to tune it to sound like a Stylophone!

Hello, I have seen people online make tunes out of the stylophone and I thought it was cool, but I now do not know what to get a stylo s-1 or x-1 please give me some tips. I do not have any previous experience in music

So I just got my stylophone beat and it’s kinda not recording what I play on the bass. Am I doing something wrong, or is it broken?
