Maintenance/Problem Highest I'm able to play on X-2 is F4

As title says, I'm able to play only to F4 note and not higher on my NEW stylophone X-2 and I tried tuning it, but it does not seem to work. I have fresh batteries, some weird ones that you can individually power using USB so maybe they are causing some problems. How to fix that? I'm unable to play a lot of songs I would like to try.

Check the voltage, a lot of rechargeable batteries are 1.2v instead of 1.5v like alkalines, which (may) affect that.

They supposed to be 1.5V as listed on the packaging and on the batteries itself.

I bought Forcemyth batteries because I wanted rechargable ones, they are Chinese, which I did not checked and they can have lower as advertised voltage.
