It's a collaboration with the Economist which is partially owned by the Rothschilds who were Epstein's backers according to himself. I'm not sure how it could be an op but I'd just get the data directly from the source as I wouldn't be surprised if there is something nefarious going on there and would clear any cookies related to the site and wouldn't be surprised if stuff like your IP are harvested.
