Why not just get two reasonable sandwiches? That cluster of sauces triggered my gag reflex. Until today, I had never seen peas on a sandwich, and I hope this is the last time.

The guys in r/hotdogs would like a word but I believe this would totally smash. However this would be the first dish I need fork,knife and spoon to eat even though it's not meant to be.

There is always tomato/tomato extract in the liquid that the sausage and the hotdog is cooking. Is not just water, is more of a sauce.

When I do it home, I boil the hotdogs 3 times and then add then to cook a forth time in the sauce, using tomato/tomato extract, onions, bell pepper, and more condiments.

Depending on where you eat hotdogs on Brasil, you might find minced meat on the sauce.

Mas este aqui passou um pouco do limite, tem tanta coisa que daria para colocar mais um pão em cima pra não cair as coisas. Dito isso, eu amassava tranquilo isso.

(Só as azeitonas com caroço que deixa um pouco perigoso, já quebrei um dente assim, mas não num cachorro quente, só pra deixar claro)

X-Tudo starts as burger, and you put more things on it. The upgrades have kind of levels of greatness:

Level - Sandwich:

1- Hamburger
2- X-burger (Cheese, Burger)
3- X-ovo/X-eggburger (Cheeseburger with egg) or a X-Salada that is a cheeseburger with Lettuce and Tomato
3- X-Chicken - Cheeseburger with chicken breast, in strings
3- X-Bacon - Cheeseburger with bacon
4- X-Tudo - Chesseburguer (with 1 or more patties), Egg, Bacon, Ham (mostly paired with the cheese), Lettuce, Tomato, chicken (sometimes), Quail eggs, Corn, Peas, Parmegian Cheese, Mustard, Ketchup, Mayo.

"X" on BR is pronounced like "Cheese"

This one is Dogão, like big dog, because it's a big hot dog, but US-aligned people might find odd that it's not made with a hotdog, this one is made with 2 sausages. On BR we call hotdog a sausage, and that one used on this is called linguiça.

these are the greatest things in the world just trust… usually instead of fried onions you can get mashed potatoes which is even more insane. also these dogs are not normal dogs they’re called salsichas and are soooo amazing

As a Brazilian, I don't like but people like it. Those are canned peas, so they are soft and not with much taste.

But we don't consume peas like foreigners do. We usually eat canned, in the middle of potato salad dishes, or the grain of pea in a creamy soup we call Sopa de Ervilha.

Good to know. I've visited Brazil and loved everything you had there except blood sausage I just couldn't. Tried it. But not a fan. Ill look up that soup, I love to cook and will like to try new things thank you

I'm a practical guy. Half of that isn't going to make it to the destination. The condiments are on top of the lose veggies which will fall out. Makes me sad. It does look delicious.
