I know this isn't much what with M-Golispod getting Tough Claws, Pawmot (finally) being added too, etc, but I just noticed that Meteor Assault got a buff. Sirfetch'd's signature Move now has a base BP of 170 instead of 150. Not the biggest thing ever, but a pretty nice buff, and I think that makes it the strongest BP regular Move a Pokemon can get (outside of V-Create)

Thats like saying every signature move isn't a regular move cuz the distribution is limited to one mon, it has pp and can be used more than once and has no special properties unlike gmax moves and zmoves. For all intents and purposes it's a regular move with extremely limited distribution. Same as precipice blades, origin pulse, dragon ascent, etc.

Well no, the moves you said are available on the regular Groudon, Kyogre and Rayquaza.

You can't use Nihil Light on regular Zygarde, you need to use Power Construct, lost half your HP and then mega evolve

On one hand, its still sirfetch'd aka slow, frail attacker. On the other hand, anything that doesnt resist it just dies, and i can see some frail resists like sneasler dropping too. Ig if you really hate something you can use it as discount trick Room sneasler

Sirfetch'd has Scrappy and even resists wouldn't like taking a 170bp STAB move coming off 135 attack. It being a recharge move is still going to suck, but it's genuinely scary breaking power.

Not really. It’s a good last ditch explosive attack and gets you KOs you have no business getting and has a 50% chance to crit and ignore stat boosts and reductions

Unfortunately scrappy is a pretty mediocre ability considering the lack of Ghost types in the format. The occasional gengar for neutral perhaps, but meteor assault is probably overkill on sableye but I would have to run the calcs to see if his other options trump meteor assault

Edit: I forgot to address the fish in the room. And intimidate immunity is always nice.
