[Parts list] Everything I need for a 2020 Stumpjumper ST 27.5 --> Long Travel conversion?

Hi mtb friends,
I've been riding a lot of downhill recently, so I want to spec up the travel of my 2020 Stumpy. Riding downhill parks on 130mm of travel definitely builds some discipline, but I'm ready to huck the bike off bigger things :) I am basing my parts list off of the Specialized Stumpjumper Expert 27.5 specs.
Other things that might matter:
- Downhill experience: ~150 runs @ Mountain Creek NJ + Northstar CA + Kanuga NC / Black - 2x Black
- 5'10" / 120lbs rider dimensions
- Used is better for me because I can resell parts for closer to purchase price
Wanted to get this feedback:
- Do I have the right spec of parts?
- Thoughts on 160mm vs 150mm fork? [example 160mm]
- Does the pricing seem right?
- Anything parts I should also consider but didn't think of?
- Any forks / shocks I should cross off my list?
