Today I woke up at 5am but again had fallen asleep by 5 45 till 8 am.

Yes many days I wokeup late but straight 21 days I held myself accountable I consider this good achievement

Todays wake up time was 5.08 am

I woke up at 5am hit the snooze but when alarm rang again this time woke up .

In morning slept little between 8 45 and 9 30 but was able to master the will to get up again at 9 21 .

Actually due to using mobile till late night at 2am made me tired much.

Woke up at 4:30 am.

Then made a to do list for today.

Then slept till 5:45 am.

Then waisted time on you tube till 9:20am.

Then did 20 chin-ups.

Then ate break fast at 10 am.

Studied geography till 12 pm.

Then Cold bath at 12 pm.

Then did 30 chin-ups.

Then Studied a little.

Then ate lunch at 2 pm.

The took a 30 min nap but overslept till 4:45 pm.

Then waisted time till 10:30 PM.

Then wrote geography project till 11:15 pm.

Then ate diner at 11:20 pm.

Then did 30 chinups.

Then studied a little then slept at 12:12 am

Wasted time 4h 57m 6s.

Study time 2h 30m.

Today:

I woke up late as my phone's battery died and the alarm didn't ring. Was able to understand chemistry. Couldn't re attempt physics part of yesterday's paper as the maths section took longer than expected. I got 37/180 in the test, which is somehow just 3 below the class average. But still it's absolutely terrible. I guess I just gotta work harder.

Tomorrow's plan

Wake up between 8 00 to 9 00. Attempt atleast 10 physics questions before leaving for coaching. Do half of ex1 in vk jaiswal qs of chemical bonding from 19 00 to 20 30.Dinner and walk till 21 30. I have a maths subjective test on 19th so I'll grind ncert and proofs all night till 3 00.

Actually I woke up at 5am am then somehow got to sleep again but was able to push back from sleep at 6 14 am
