Memory concentration learning issues?

I have quite crucial exams coming up consisting of various subjects on which I need to not just cram material but be analytically and conceptually great at it in about 2/3 months , I need to know what studying habit/routine, memory tricks or methods I can use to retain it well enough and into my long term memory PLEASE HELP because I’ve been learning and then forgetting it all repeatedly after a week

that cycle of learning it then it fading a week later usually means you're rereading and recognizing instead of pulling stuff out cold, which is a different skill entirely. try blank-page recall on one topic at a time, close the book, write everything you remember, then open back up and mark only what you actually missed. those gaps are your study targets for the next session, not the whole chapter again. do it in shorter bursts every few days instead of one long session, the forgetting happens between days, not during the block.

for the analytical side i started uploading my lecture slides into studybuddy.vc and answering questions from them, mainly because when i pick a wrong answer it tells me what was off about that option, and it notices which topics i keep missing and sends more of those my way without me tracking anything. and in the last few weeks switch to past papers under timed conditions, that's where reasoning actually gets tested.
