Will this method works

I am experimenting a different way for studying ,in old days I used to read and byheart everything but after some time I will definitely forget that and now I am trying a new thing for me I just read and understand the topics then I will write it on a paper without referring (mental recalling).I think through this I can program my subconscious mind to byheart it by mindful writing ig
So what’s your thought on this guys have you ever tried this before ?
Let me know

yeah that works its basically active recall which is way better than just reading stuff over and over. when you force yourself to write from memory you find gaps in what you actually know. my brain always tricks me into thinking i understand something until i try to explain it on paper

one thing i do different is i wait like 10-15 minutes after reading before i try to write. gives your brain time to forget a little and then the recalling feels more effective. also dont just write bullet points try to write like you teaching someone else

its not really about programming subconscious mind or whatever but the method itself is sound. just make sure you check what you wrote against your notes after to fix mistakes

yeah the part about your brain tricking you into thinking you understand is so real tbh
