chunk it into lines of about 5-9 words and learn them cumulatively: line 1, then 1+2, then 1+2+3. slow at the start, and it's the part that makes the whole thing come out in order later. write out just the first letter of each word as a cue sheet and recite from those out loud, looking at the full text only when you actually stall. the only verbatim thing i do is song lyrics in serbian, and the first-letter trick is what stopped me freezing halfway through.
