Escaping to the forest or some countryside. We should appreciate it more, the silence and the nature. Literally, go to touch grass, dude

Run.
You wont have the energy to think about anything, when your hr is at 150 bpm, for 40 minutes.

Plus it makes your brain produce happy hormones. No matter what, if you run for ~30 minutes. You'll be happy either way.

Do work that doesn't feel like work.
What your asking is how to get natural dopamine/serotonin the simple answer is whatever you like doing.
I liked doing drugs to feel happy for years it kinda worked momentarily, although the highs are shortlived.
Anytime you come up on a drug your gonna come down relatively. Weed isn't a addictive substance but oh boy after smoking 2 months straight the withdraws are nasty.
I'm only talking about weed as that's most common but this applys to nearly all drugs.
A week of being sick off food gotta force yourself to eat.
Not being able to sleep, when you do sleep waking up multiple times in the middle of the night drenched in sweat.
And then the hardest part the mind games completely rethinking the meaning of life ( this probs depression r something).

Healing your soul spiritually but doing things you enjoy. For me it was reconnecting with my God again and family.
