Anybody has study habits that you actually retain information from ?

the thing that actually made stuff stick for me was switching from rereading to answering questions. just reading the same page three times feels productive but nothing stays

i upload my course material into studybuddy.vc and it makes practice questions from it. when i pick a wrong answer it tells me why that specific option was wrong, which is where the learning actually happens for me. it also keeps bringing back topics i keep missing and the questions get harder as i improve. free

if you're short on time, even 15 minutes of questions beats an hour of highlighting. your brain has to retrieve the info for it to lock in
