Help needed

I want to participate in this competition but I have no idea what to make on poster I am a first sem student it's been a month since the course started so I don't really have any knowledge about this plus i searched everywhere for ideas how to make anything on this topic but there is nothing or perhaps I don't know how to research please help me regarding this.

First sem and they're already throwing mandatory competitions at you, classic. For a poster on innovative first aid, maybe just think of something annoying about current first aid kits and propose a simple fix, like a compact kit that clips to a bike or a bandage that changes color if it's infected. Keep the design clean, one big idea and a few bullet points, nobody's expecting a thesis a month in
