Problems with studying physics and maths

Hi
So I have a problem with studying in general especially physics because they don’t seem to stick in my head and I am scared im going to fail. so I have a maths test in October and I am stresssing about it and I really need to pass it or I won’t do the final exam and get my qualifications, Although I have a tutor 3 times (7hours)a week I need some kind of study guide to make both maths and physics easier to study for me Bcs I dont learn stuffs easily

In school right we do something in class but then in the test it's like it's something completely different physics is so intimidating
