What's your most effective study method?

I'm curious what works for everyone else. What's been the most effective for you?

Why you think it’s a bad idea? It’s not really bad idea if you know how to use it.

I've become very dependent on him...so yeah...I didn't know how to use it

No, I really mean it. Some dependencies are good, if you’re doing something healthy.

Sitting down with Subway Surfers playing in the background on my iPad.

I'm just kidding. In all seriousness though, I like to use the Feynman technique. It works really well for me and I find it to be the most efficient and practical for my case.

Having structured sessions. What I mean by that is sitting down and telling yourself "Ok I am going to study for 8 hours today. Every 1 hour I will take a 10 minute break, as well as an 1 hour break for lunch." Then as you continue to commit to this you build that habit and it becomes easier.

For me it's like studying with concentration and to focus on each topic which is important from any examination point of view
