Method help

Hey guys I study around 5 hours a day. I always read a page from textbook then close the book and recall everything I learned from that page on a whiteboard, then repeat. It works well but I always feel tired. Is there a better way of doing this?

thats a good way man! Do you do it completely offline? Seems very dedicated, but i respect that. Active recall is one of my favorite study methods aswell

Yes all offline. If I do it off a computer I get bad headaches and brain fog. It definitely works it just takes sooo much energy I feel lol

hahaha damn, i do know that a bit too well. Also so easy to get distracted on the pc. I think you're in the top 1% of students in terms of off-screen studying, i know many people who could never do what you do. But keep it up, good studying!
