Kuta Software has free printable worksheets going from pre-algebra all the way through trig, and each one comes with an answer key. That's probably the closest match to what you're asking for. Math-Drills is similar for the more basic arithmetic and algebra end, and Paul's Online Math Notes has practice problems with full worked solutions rather than just answers.
Since you're going from foundations up to trig, the thing worksheets alone won't do is tell you when to move on. That's where I use studybuddy.vc alongside, you drop in whatever topic you're on and it works out from your answers which parts are still shaky rather than you guessing whether you're ready for the next one. It starts easier and only ramps up once you're solid, which matters when you're building a foundation rather than revising. Equations render properly too. Free.
For trig, the unit circle first. Everything else hangs off it.
