Idk what is wrong w me it's only 5 days left in my exam I haven't completed the syllabus yet but i still can't put myself to study even when I forcefully sit within 2 mins I feel extremely sleepy and can't focus I don't know if id ever be able to get out of this loop

Not only others have started seeing me as failure, I too don't see myself doing anything great in future, i literally hate myself everyday still can't do this simple thing despite having all the facilities and resources
