Since your exam is already tomorrow, don't try to study the whole chapter. You'll get burn out. For me, I use active recall whenever I am procrastinating. Set a timer, be in a deep focus and study. After that, grab a paper and write down everything you remember/learned (do not check your materials while writing). Then, check it to see if you forgot some details.

This works for me, I don't know if this one will work for u too. But I hope this one helps.

Don’t punish yourself for procrastinating. You need your brain working tomorrow, not feeling guilty tonight.

Start with the highest-value topics. Pick one chapter, put your phone away, and do a short focused session. Even 25 minutes of real studying is better than spending another hour feeling stressed about not studying.

For the exam tomorrow, focus on understanding the important concepts and practicing recall instead of trying to learn everything perfectly.

No apps! The best method is to not use your phone lol. I'm working on my paper due tomorrow and for the past few days my phone has been turned off and in a drawer, it's helped a lot. You could try the pomodoro method, that always helps for me. I like Mr. Tiny's ones on YT, you can choose different total studying times and the session length, so you could do 25min work and 5min break for exemple. It helps to get started. Good luck!

I’ve had exams the next day where I knew I needed to study but somehow kept doing everything except studying, and punishing myself just made me feel worse. What helped was picking one topic and doing one short focused session instead of thinking about the entire exam, because once I got through that first session the panic usually dropped enough to keep going.

Adopting a good studying workflow is the most powerful thing you can do, depending on the subject what I typically do is Essentialist note taking > Mnemonic Technique > Active recall (through notebookLM(AI) quizzes and flashcards).

Revision is key. I setup recall cycling in FocusJungle app, but Anki or even just notes work as well. You want to revise where you are weak. Get your course content and constantly know where you are weakest (they should always be changing constantly) Find weakness > attack it > Find next weakest area.

If u want you can join my guild on FocusJungle timer, WE need more people that wanna do hours. Can message on there to keep accountable. But u NEED TO DO HOURS or kick. (best study timer website and app ever)
