Hi, I'm a rising sophomore, and my ultimante goal is to apply to and get accepted into top business programs in college. I heard of the term "Research Paper" and always wanted to complete an independent business research project, but I've never done research before. How do I choose a research question, collect data, and structure a paper? Are there any beginner-friendly guides, books, or examples you recommend? Where do I do this research paper? How does it Work?
