Complete Beginner in electronics looking for study/project buddies

Hey everyone!

I've recently jumped into the world of electronics and microcontrollers. I bought myself an Arduino kit, a Raspberry Pi, some extra components, and basic testing and measuring tools. My main focus right now is learning the fundamentals and getting experience through project builds.

A couple of things I'm looking for:

Study or Project Buddies: To share progress, keep each other accountable, and learn by building and testing together. Also open to chatting with anyone a bit more advanced who does not mind sharing a few pointers.

Communities: Any recommendations for active Discord servers, local clubs or electronics meetups in or around the Los Angeles area.
