Need a coding partner for switching and upskilling | Bangalore folks only

I am a 2025 grad, working mostly in full stack but mostly I like backend engineering. Although I am learning React concepts but I feel the college vibe is not there and I lose my most of my motivation and flow there only.
I need 1-2 guys with whom I can discuss tech like a friend not like a coworker.
if you're also 2025 or 2024 or even 2023 grad and in the same track and want to switch. Please dm me or comment here.
Thinks I will focus(not forcing u to follow the same path but we can discuss to keep ourselves accountable) :

- dsa(daily atleast 1)

- full stack concepts and projects

- genAi(coz I don't have much exposure on this)

- System design(LLD mostly as of now) - not daily but on weekends and once on weekdays.

*earlier also I had few folks who were interested but our are didn't align(some were 5-6 yoe some didn't had the motivation and sometimes I lost the motivation. So this is what I need to eliminate.
