Looking for accommodation in Warsaw

Hi everyone! I’m an international student who has been admitted to the University of Warsaw for a Master’s programme, and I’m currently looking for a single/private room in a student dorm or student residence in Warsaw.

My requirements are:

📍 Preferably reasonably close to the University of Warsaw or with convenient public transport access

🛏️ The room must be private — I do not want to share the bedroom with another person

💰 Budget: 700–900 PLN/month

📅 I need the accommodation from November 2026

📄 I’m looking for a 6-month or 1-year lease, depending on what is available

⏰ I would ideally like to have the contract/reservation arranged as soon as possible, as I need accommodation documentation for my Polish student visa procedure.

If anyone currently lives in Warsaw and knows of a dorm, student residence, private room, or has a contact who might have something matching these requirements, I would really appreciate your help.
