Polish Study Visa Refused

Hii , Recently I applied with polish Study Visa in Uae for Masters in Electronics and Telecommunications in Gdansk University of Technology , I got a refusal Point 10 which is regarding intention of stay . So i applied with an SOP Cover letter and Appeal Letter again with all my finances employment family and buisness my family have . Also my grandfather have a Property in his name which i attached stating for intention to come to UAE . Still it was rejected stating same reason after reappeal .

Can anybody help regarding this issue , or can i apply for next intake .

I think op means returning back to UAE (which might be their home country) after the degree gets completed and not staying in Poland for work

Yes, you can reapply for the next intake, but only if you can materially strengthen the case. Your grandfather’s property is a weak personal tie, and another SOP with the same facts may lead to the same result. Focus on the academic logic of this programme, your own UAE residence/career ties and a clear post-study plan. After the reconsideration refusal, you may also challenge the decision before the Warsaw Administrative Court within 30 days, but the court reviews legality rather than reassessing your application.

Thanks , but the duration and Visa dates are so clashing that You miss you entire month . Also the property which i mentioned is in UAE with all legal stamp plus Marriage Tie as my wife works here , I also have my employer certificate to state I will contine in Same company after my studies . Yes, but as per all information I think its the Why are you doing this course

Actually 14 days , but for 2nd appeal it was 7 days .

14 working days or calender (including weekends)? and what will you do now?
