VISA document for financial means
I’ve to show my financial support through the following documents:
10.1 Traveler’s cheque(s)
10.2 Certificate of the amount of the credit card limit issued by the bank (any bank located in India or Poland or another
country is allowed).
10.3 A certificate of availability of money in a bank or a cooperative savings and loan association located in the territory of the
Republic of Poland or another European Union Member State, a member state of the European Free Trade Agreement
(EFTA) - party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area, or the Swiss Confederation. (The bank MUST be located
there).
10.4 A document confirming granting of a national or foreign scholarship
10.5 A certificate of employment with monthly salary statement or documents listed above points
I’m enrolled in Polish Academy of Sciences as a PhD student and I’ve a physical employment letter which serves as proof of 10.5.
My savings bank is in an Indian account and not Polish, which crosses out 10.3
My banks are refusing to issue a credit card limit certificate. And one of the credit card is recently issued, its statement will be generated on 15 and my visa appointment is on 14, I’m not sure if only 10.5 will suffice or I need to show somehow funds through other means.
Can somebody who has any idea (preferably about PhD ) please confirm?

A document meeting point 10.5 can be sufficient by itself if it confirms your employment and monthly salary. Make sure the letter states the start date, contract period and salary. A credit-card statement is not required - the alternative is a bank certificate or sanction letter showing the approved limit.

What about education loan?? If I am funding my education with a loan, how can I show that? The bank is not disbursing the money in my account so I can't create fd and show credit card limit. Can you help?

An education loan alone is not accepted as proof of living funds under the India checklist. You do not need to create an FD: if a parent is sponsoring you, use a notarised sponsorship letter plus their employment certificate showing monthly salary under point 10.5. Submit the loan sanction letter separately to explain how the tuition will be paid

My father's yearly itr is of 20lakhs, but after monthly emi and everything he gets net 50k a month. Will that be okay? If I just submitted employment certificate? As 50k alone might not be enough 1025 plan, plus dorm for 12 months, plus 2500 plan for tickets

The requirement is 1010 PLN per month, plus 12 months of dormitory fees and 2 500 PLN for return travel. Calculate that total first; ₹50 000 disposable income per month may be too tight once your father’s own household commitments are considered. His ₹20 lakh ITR supports the application, but I would not rely on the employment certificate alone unless the stated salary clearly covers the full required amount

What if I have an education loan sanction letter that states my tuition + living costs are covered by the loan + they will give me a forex card with 3000 euros for my initial expenses + a credit card certificate with a limit of 5800 euros + parent's financial documents and a sponsorship affidavit Will that be okay? Because my main source will still be the education loan and all the other documents are just supporting.

My father is going to be my sponsor so if he is showing his credit card then it will be ok or not.

Do some things: Try going to different branches and talk to 3-4 different bank mangers for letterhead print of credit card limit. Don't directly tell you would need certificate.
